Flight 1 – Winzersekte

We start lively and fresh:

• Mayer am Pfarrplatz – The sparkling Fräulein Rosé : An elegant rosé sparkling wine with fine perlage and fruity aromas of strawberries and raspberries. Perfect to start the journey.

• Steininger Burgunder Sekt Reserve 2018 : A sophisticated Burgundy sparkling wine that surprises with fine brioche notes and fresh citrus fruit. Long-lasting and complex.

Flight 2 – White Wines

The white wines represent the characteristic freshness and minerality of Austrian grape varieties:

• Grüner Veltliner Fass 4 Berndhard Ott : A classic Grüner Veltliner with typical aromas of green apple, some white pepper and a lively acidity. A real Austrian classic.

• Tement Kalk & Kreide Sauvignon Blanc : A Sauvignon Blanc from Southern Styria with cool elegance, intense aromas of gooseberry, lime and a hint of minerality.

Finally, we move on to the characterful red wines:
