Our tasting begins with two top sparkling wines that impress with their long yeast storage and their complexity:
Loimer Blanc de Blancs Große Reserve NV Brut Nature: A sparkling wine Große Reserve with fresh citrus aromas, fine perlage and elegant minerality. Pure and precise.
Bründlmayer Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut Große Reserve: An intense sparkling wine with notes of ripe apples and red berries, made from Pinot Noir. Complex and long-lasting on the finish.
